How To Make Italian Sausage And Bell Peppers Pita Pizza

A comforting dish inspired by Italian flavours. Also Save time --for these satisfying pizza.

INGREDIENTS

60m 4 servings 424cals 

cup tomato sauce
1 cup gruyere cheese
2 lb Italian cooked sausage
1/3 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 cup slice red onion
1 cup mix white & brown uncooked mushroom
1 cup sliced red bel pepper
1 tbsp der oregano
salt TT
pepper TT

 

DIRECTIONS

Arrange the rack in the centre of the oven and preheat broiler to  350˚F

 

On each pitta, spread two tbsp tomato sauce all the way to the edges.

Top evenly with vegetables, sausage, oregano, salt, pepper, and gruyere cheese. 

Place pitta pizza on a large baking sheet and broil until cheese lightly brown for 5 minutes.
To serve use fresh cilantro on top.
