Lemon-Rosemary-Herb Grilled Onion Rings are the best ever. Served as a side for perfectly grilled steak or on top of a juicy burger.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 large white onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped, fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped, fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- salt, pepper TT
DIRECTIONS
Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, rosemary, parsley, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until well combined. Place the onion rings on a baking sheet, drizzle the oil mixture evenly over the rings. Cover and marinate in the fridge for 3 hours.
Fire your grill for cooking, heat medium-high temperature of around 350˚F to grill the onion rings. Arrange the onion rings overheat, cook for 3 minutes per side or until well marked and slightly softened. Serve warm or at room temperature.
