Persian fresh herb and cheese plater

Whether for breakfast, appetizer or snack a Persian Herb and Cheese Platter will tantalize all of your senses.

INGREDIENTS

15m 3servings 300cals 

3 kinds of cheese bunches whole fresh herbs: mint, basil, cilantro, flat-leaf parsley, tarragon, dill, chives, marjoram, scallions cherry tomato pickles and peppers
walnuts or pecan Any Kind of bread and crackers slice of cucumber rose jam

Persian fresh herb and cheese plater

DIRECTIONS

Wash and dry the herbs. Trim the stems, but leave them intact. Place them on a large wooden board and garnish it with fruits, vegetables, nuts, and cheeses.

 

Serve with crackers and bread.
