One of the nicest knife sets I've ever owned. Have used daily at work for the last 3 months and still as sharp as the day I got them.

I’m choosing my vie belles pots and pans over my cast iron and stainless steel. I’m still able to go stove to oven. Using the cast iron and stainless steel was hurting my back and I have back issues and I love that I can still cook this way without killing my back. I’m really glad I found your product!

Looks beautiful, cuts like a dream. Arrived shaving sharp, and I love the blade cover and cloth that comes with it. The handle feels very comfortable, and the blade is long and heavy enough without being unwieldy.

This is the only cutting board I'll ever need. Bar none. Seriously - you guys have outdone yourselves here.

I received my amazing Luxury Pro 8" Chef knife and stylish Cutting board a month ago. They are excellent. The knife is amazingly sharp and handles well, just love chopping, dicing and slicing with it. My Cutting Board looks like a piece of art on my kitchen counter.

Bought as a Christmas gift but the cutting board looked really big and solid, which is what was wanted. If I needed a larger board than my current one I would get this for myself - it looks gorgeous and I'm pretty sure I'm making other people jealous just by having it!

I'm really enjoying these knives. They look great, but I didn't expect to notice so much of a performance difference too over my Henkels.

Frankly, I haven't used it yet. Too beautiful, like the 2 other Vie Belles blades that I have purchased. I enjoy looking at them, pristine and new. Hell, I might never use it, but probably will, just to hear more "oohs and ahs."

Truly this is more than a knife, it is a tribute to the thoughtfulness of the designers and the manufacturers, and more than worth the relatively short wait to receive it. In fact, I'm so in awe of it that I show it to my friends... but I haven't used it yet, since I am also waiting for the Vie Belles sharpener that I ordered recently.
