How do I place an order?

Simply add the item you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Proceed to the checkout page, fill in your personal information, and enter your payment details.

How do I enter a discount code?

Look for the discount code space at the end of the checkout. The discount will immediately be reflected in your payment total.

Please note that we accept only one discount per order.

How do I know if my order went through successfully?

Once our warehouse processes your payment, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided when placing your order.

Is it possible to change or cancel my order?

Please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t reached the fulfillment stage, it’s possible we may still be able to change or cancel it. However, often times we are unable to make these changes because we have your order packed and awaiting shipment within 24 hours of being placed.

What payment methods can I use? 

We accept the majority of credit card type like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Debit Card & Direct Deposit. Also for USA customers, we accept financing via PayPal Credit & Sezzle.

You can now pay for all your favorite products on Vie Belles using Bitcoins! If you are already a Bitcoin user and would like to place an order using this form of payment, select the Pay with Bitcoin option under the Payment Information section of our checkout page.

Also, we accept Lay-Buy powered by Pay Pal. You can reserve your product by putting 20% to 50% of your invoice as a deposit for the period of the maximum of 3 months to pay the full amount of your order. Your order will be delivered after full payment.


Why didn’t my payment go through?

Check to see if your billing address is different from your order’s shipping address. Shopify, our payment system, automatically blocks these transactions for your protection. In that case, we recommend you use another payment method.
