We deliver almost everywhere. All purchase items can be ship to a residence. Goods are shipped from our distribution centre by FedEx or Canada Post service. Depend on your shipping method, delivery will take 3 to 10 days worldwide. Special care has been applied in choosing the most efficient shipping methods. Nevertheless restrictions might apply.
USA & Canadian customers are not paying import tax and products will be delivered nationally on their orders.
In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees levied by your destination country. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Please note that we are unable to list items as a gift or write an amount lower than the actual product price on customs forms.
Items may be shipped in the manufacturer's original packaging, which could reveal the contents of the box.
At this time our shipping partners are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses so you will need to provide a street address. If you provide a PO Box or APO/FPO military address, it will delay shipment of your items.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The cost for shipping the return for customers is then at your own expense.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Vie Belles is not held responsible for any loss, damage or stolen goods that might occur during transport. Please use a reputable and trustworthy transport service.
If you wish to exchange your purchase, simply return your purchase for an exchange within 30 days of delivery of your shipment and indicate clearly the replacement product. All shipping cost for return and exchange as well as price difference between the exchanged products will be at the customer's expense.
