Soft, fluffy, and brushed with melted butter- is there anything better than a basket full of warm homemade soft rolls.
INGREDIENTS

4 Cups All-Purpose Flour | 1/3 cup sugar | 1 tsp salt | 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted | 1 1/2 cup milk, warm |
11/2 tbsp yeast |
2 tbsp butter, melted to brush the tops of dinner rolls |
DIRECTIONS
You will need about 4 cups of flour, knead the dough with the dough hook in stand mixture for 2 minutes or knead by hands for 10 minutes.
Then place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover it with plastic, and let rise for about 2 hours in a warm place. When the dough rises remove it from the bowl and cut in 12 even pieces, shape each piece into a round shape and place them on an oiled baking sheet next to each other.
Cover the dinner rolls with a kitchen towel and let them rise another 1 hour in a warm place until puffed then bake it at 350˚ F for about 25-30 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
Immediately brush tops with melted butter and set aside to cool to room temperature before serving.
